I received OUTSTANDING customer service from Pattie at Hard Rock Cafe - Brussels. She is so energetic and meets the customers every demand. She makes me want to return to the Hard Rock Cafe - Brussels. The restaurant helped this lonely Yankee American truly have a “happy thanksgiving.” Thank you Pattie and thank you Hard Rock Cafe - Brussels. Rock on!

The atmosphere and location were very fun! You get a great view of the Grand Place from the upper floor windows, which added to the ambiance of the restaurant. The music was not too loud, which was nice and allowed us to talk comfortably. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the food was brought to us very quickly. While it was a bit expensive, you did get a large portion. The quality of the food was also good.

The service was excellent—attentive and prompt. I tried the smashed burger, which was satisfying and tasted "just right," though it didn't quite hit that "wow" factor. Unfortunately, the chips seemed to have been reheated rather than freshly fried, which was a minor letdown. Overall, the food earned a solid 4/5 from me. The atmosphere is the real star. The extensive collection of musical instruments mounted high on the brick wall is truly eye-catching. It creates a wonderfully unique, cluttered, and perfectly rock-and-roll-inspired display that elevates the whole experience.

OMG! The Harissa Honey Burger is next level! I’m a huge burger fan and always love trying new flavors—but not every experiment works out. This one? It absolutely nailed it. This burger delivers everything I expect from a great burger—and then some. Honestly, it’s the best burger I’ve ever had at a Hard Rock Café, and it’s now easily in my top 5 burgers of all time. The service was amazing as usual, thanks to Miguel, he is so friendly and professional.

We came here first for the drinks… We come back every time for Sid and Filip. Together they are the dream team of hospitality, the dynamic duo of good vibes and great service. Filip & Sid deliver five guitars service Honestly, we don’t want to go anywhere else. Other places feel like background noise—Hard Rock Café with these two buddies is the main stage.
